Processor Onboarding Agreement

The terms your shop agrees to when you list on GameDropoff — one honest price per season, payouts in full through Stripe, and a clear picture of how the money moves.

Version 1.0 · Effective August 2, 2026

How payments & payouts work

GameDropoff is the merchant of record for hunter payments. In plain terms:

  • 1.The hunter pays at checkout. GameDropoff collects the payment and appears as the merchant on the hunter's card statement.
  • 2.A 6% service fee is added on top of your price and retained by GameDropoff. Your full price for the work is transferred to your connected Stripe account — nothing is deducted from your payout.
  • 3.Because GameDropoff is the merchant of record, we handle card disputes and chargebacks — and, where an order is refunded or charged back, the related transfer to your account is reversed (see below).

Agreement & Relationship

This Processor Onboarding Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you or the business you represent (“Processor,” “you”) and GameDropoff LLC (“GameDropoff,” “we,” “us”). It applies when you list a shop, claim a listing, or accept orders on GameDropoff, and it supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict on a processor-specific point, this Agreement controls.

You are an independent business. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship beyond GameDropoff's limited role in collecting payment for your orders as described below. You control how you run your shop and perform the work.

Listing & Fulfillment

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your storefront — business name, address, hours, services, pricing, and photos — and for keeping it current. When you accept an order, you agree to fulfill it with reasonable skill and care, to honor your posted pricing, and to communicate timelines and any changes to the hunter. GameDropoff does not process game and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or timeliness of your work.

Merchant of Record

GameDropoff acts as the merchant of record for hunter order payments. This means GameDropoff collects payment from the hunter, is the entity shown on the hunter's card statement, and is responsible for the card-network relationship, including handling chargebacks and disputes. You authorize GameDropoff to collect order payments on your behalf, to add and retain the service fee, and to remit your price to you through Stripe Connect.

Payouts & the Service Fee

Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you must create and maintain a connected Stripe account and complete Stripe's identity and banking verification; your payouts are also governed by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. When a hunter pays for an order, GameDropoff retains the 6% service fee (charged on top of your price, not deducted from it) and your full price for the work is transferred to your connected account, subject to Stripe's payout schedule. GameDropoff may change the service-fee percentage on prospective notice.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Where an order payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, you authorize GameDropoff to reverse the corresponding transfer to your connected account and to recover the associated amount from your account balance or future payouts. Only the base order amount is eligible to be returned to a hunter on a refund; the service fee is retained by GameDropoff. Because GameDropoff is the merchant of record, we manage the dispute process with the card networks, and you agree to cooperate and promptly provide records (for example, proof of the work performed) that help resolve a dispute.

Season Plan & Billing

Listing and booking features run on the Season Plan, billed once per deer season (not monthly). Your listing, booking system, and dashboard stay active for the season you purchased. Unless you cancel, the plan may renew for the next season at the then-current price; you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current term. Except as described in the 100% Money-Back Guarantee in our Terms of Service, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes that apply to your services and payouts. Stripe may issue you tax forms (such as a Form 1099-K) for amounts processed through your connected account, and may require a tax ID as part of onboarding. GameDropoff does not provide tax advice.

Compliance & Insurance

You are responsible for operating lawfully: holding any licenses, permits, and registrations your business requires, following all food-safety and game-handling regulations, and carrying the insurance appropriate for a game-processing business. You represent that you are authorized to accept and fulfill the orders you take through GameDropoff.

Storefront Content

You keep ownership of the content you provide — storefront text, logos, and photos. By submitting it, you grant GameDropoff the license described in the “Reviews & Your Content” section of our Terms of Service to host and display it in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent you have the rights to everything you upload.

Your Representations

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter this Agreement, that your storefront and pricing are accurate, that you will fulfill accepted orders, and that you will comply with this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

Term & Termination

This Agreement applies for as long as you have a listing or an active account. Your listing goes offline automatically if your Season Plan isn't renewed. Either party may terminate on notice; GameDropoff may suspend or terminate your account for a violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service, with notice where practical. On termination you remain responsible for fulfilling or resolving orders already accepted, and the payment, refund/chargeback, tax, indemnification, liability, and dispute provisions survive.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameDropoff is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from this Agreement or your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited as described in the “Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability” section of our Terms of Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameDropoff and its owners, officers, and staff from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the processing services you provide, your interactions with hunters, your content, or your violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or any law.

Disputes & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute is subject to the informal-resolution, binding individual arbitration, class-action waiver, and venue terms in the “Disputes, Arbitration & Governing Law” section of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and do our best to notify active processors by email, and — where the change is significant — ask you to accept the updated Agreement. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
