Get your shop live
The five steps from claiming your shop to taking your first online booking, and what hunters see along the way.
You can build your whole shop before you pay a cent — profile, price list, and schedule are all editable from day one. What activating your Season Plan changes is whether hunters can find and book you online.
The five steps
Your dashboard shows this as a checklist with a progress bar, and it disappears on its own once you're done.
- Activate your season plan. One price for the whole season. This is what makes you a Verified shop — until it's active, hunters can't book you online.
- Connect Stripe for payouts. Connect your bank so hunters' payments reach you. This unlocks only after your plan is active, so do step 1 first.
- Complete your business profile. Your description and details. Your business name and full address are required — without them your shop won't show publicly at all.
- Add your services & pricing. The menu hunters order from. A Verified shop needs at least one priced service to appear publicly, so an active plan with an empty price list still won't show.
- Set your drop-off schedule. How many deer you'll take each day. Hunters can only book open slots, so this is what keeps a single Saturday from burying you.
What hunters see before you activate
You're not invisible while you're getting set up. If your listing has a real business name and address, it appears in the directory as Un-Verified so hunters can still find and call you. What it can't do is take an online booking — that needs an active plan.
When money moves
Hunters pay a 25% deposit when they book and the balance once the work is done. You receive the full order amount with nothing deducted — GameDropoff's fee is charged to the hunter on top, not taken out of your cut.
Set your drop-off schedule before you activate, not after. The moment you go Verified, hunters can book — and the schedule is the only thing standing between you and an opening weekend you can't cover.
